中航泰德（深圳）海洋工程有限公司（原深圳中昶海洋工程有限公司）系央企中航工业集团旗下中航国际（http://www.avic-intl.cn）控股子公司。为2008年成立的专业从事陆地/海洋油气，陆地石油化工、船舶工程设计、施工工程承包商。中航泰德在质量方面追求精益求精，获得得并严格执行DNV ISO 9001：2008 质量管理体系；
中航泰德在2008年成为中海油采办集团一级合格供应商；公司长期为中海油、中石油、中国船舶、CACT、SHELL, 洛克石油等中外油公司提供优质服务，
中航泰德多年来一直与诸多国内外知名企业保持长期密切合作，如 FMC, Emerson, Net-safety, Yokogawa, ABB, Rockwell等本
本公司立足于自主创新,熟悉陆地石油、石化、海洋石油的技术规范和现场需求,和国内外厂家进行多方面的合作研究、进行设备国产化及节能减排技术推广。公司取得了中海油海上维修资格证书，中海油集团采办部合格供应商资格。在设备节能等设备配套方面有一定的成绩和经验。公司荟萃了一批受过多种专业培训的技术人才和具有现场一线工作经验的技术骨干。提供面向石油、化工、船舶等行业的机电仪技术方案、设备选型、现场施工、设备维修、技术服务等全方位的服务。我公司长期提供服务的有中海油、中石油、中石化、中国船舶。

AVIC AITED(Shenzhen) Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. is a professional service provider for onshore/offshore mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and instrumentation engineering project. Wellstar has an experienced professional team family with approx 128 skilled technicians, including 16 project managers, 22 senior engineers, 28 technicians and 36 skilled workers etc.; most of our team members have rich onsite work experience at onshore/offshore oil fields, Wellstar is offering all over the world best engineering service as follows:
1. Provide onshore/offshore maintenance, installation and commissioning service for air-conditioning refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and instrument equipment
2. Provide onshore/offshore technical support for fire/gas detection system, CCTV supervision system, PLC/DCS control system and so on.
3. Provide onshore/offshore service for steel structure prefabrication and installation.
4. Provide total solution service for onshore/offshore oil/gas field project.Wellstar is capable of full range of service to petro-chemical and shipbuilding industry, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technology engineering, etc
